Green Street: Why 2025 May Be a Flat Year for CRE Pricing

"Despite the volatility over the past couple of months, the bid for commercial properties has remained firm. Pricing is essentially unchanged this year. And unless Treasury yields continue to come in, it’s unlikely we’ll see much price appreciation this year."
