Scholarship
Courtesy of Fast Track alumni, hiring partners, and community partners, our scholarship program covers a portion of the total tuition. Funds are both merit- and need-based and are allocated in ways that support as many students as possible.
Scholarship Guidelines:
- In an effort to provide more opportunities to a larger number of eager participants, we do not provide more than $2,000 in scholarship funds for FastTrack.
- Scholarships are need and merit-based and allocated in ways that support as many students as possible.
- We offer flexible payment plans to make the course more attainable, and the maximum term on our installment plan is six months.
- Before we will consider a scholarship application, you must either a) join a Friday morning info session or b) connect for a 1:1 call with our team.
- Scholarships are not available for Valuation in ARGUS.
If you’re looking for a way to level up your skills, but FastTrack is economically out of reach, check our Valuation in ARGUS course. There is no skill more important to a meaningful career in CRE than Valuation. And, for many roles, ARGUS is a critical piece of the valuation process. In addition to learning the software, we teach the critical underlying valuation concepts, which are even more important to becoming a thinker in the business.
