After moving to Texas in 1982, he became his company's top condo sales producer, even unknowingly selling a unit to a "mystery shopper" sent to test him.
Creating his own break:
Shut out from big firms, Bill simply created his own path, launching a tiny tenant-rep business that thrived within a year and became the foundation for Cawley Partners.
Contagious passion:
Those who know him describe his love for real estate as infectious. His passion, not just his skill, pulls people together.
User-focused developer:
His edge as a developer? Simple: start with what tenants want. Bill’s background in tenant rep work taught him that listening, not guessing, leads to better projects.
