Investment Analyst - Stream Realty Partners

Tess Marunich currently works as an Investment Analyst for Stream Realty Partners on their Investment Management Team. Her responsibilities span the full investment lifecycle of acquisition underwriting, financing, asset management, and dispositions. Tess holds an MBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business and a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from West Virginia University. Tess was active in business school as a Cox School Student Ambassador and involved with the Real Estate Club. Tess is also active in the Junior League of Dallas as well as the Urban Land Institute’s Small Scale Development Council. When not working, Tess enjoys working on her 1920s Tudor home and is an avid golfer.
