Senior Associate, Capital Formation at Pennybacker Capital
Taylor Thomas is a member of the capital formation team. Her responsibilities include fostering relationships with prospective and existing limited partners, facilitating the completion of investor due diligence and ad hoc requests, developing marketing materials, and managing various aspects of fundraising and investor relations processes across the firm’s platforms.
Prior to joining Pennybacker, Taylor was a Commercial Banker in the Technology & Disruptive Commerce group at J.P. Morgan. She supported technology companies and equity-backed startups by helping fulfill their treasury management and working capital needs. Taylor began her career in J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, where she provided individuals, families, and foundations in Central Texas with investing, banking, and wealth planning advice and services.
Taylor received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
