Sam joined LaSalle in June 2022 as an asset management analyst and focuses his time on the ongoing financial analysis and business plan execution of 1M sf / $1B worth of real estate across the U.S. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, he was the owner and operator of a local landscape maintenance and installation business in Atlanta, GA. Sam graduated Georgia State Unviersity's Robinson College of Business with a BBA in Real Estate and Finance and remains actively involved with the real estate club at his alma mater, SEO Career, and is an associate board member with the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation.
