Sam founded Shelterwood Group, a real estate Investment & Consulting firm specializing in Acquisitions, Capital Sourcing, and Market Analytics. He also serves as the Director of Acquisitions at ANCHOR RE, a Joint Venture focused on acquiring Industrial Assets in Texas & Oklahoma. Sam, a Dallas native, attended Parish Episcopal then The University of Mississippi.
