Preston Patterson has over 4 years of commercial real estate experience working in an institutional asset management capacity across multiple markets in the US including in Texas, Florida, and Seattle. Starting at Clarion Partners in 2018, Preston has been focused on office and mixed-use assets helping to manage over 6M sf of product and $2B in AUM. Before starting at Clarion Partners, Preston interned at Stream Realty Partners as a leasing analyst and Provident Realty Advisors as a development analyst in Dallas. Preston received his BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University with a minor in economics.
