Paul Guerrero represents various clients in acquisitions, asset management, and brokerage, focusing on the office and industrial asset classes. In addition, for the past two years, he has worked with CRE Analyst as a teaching assistant introducing, guiding, and teaching a broad range of commercial real estate topics to new and seasoned professionals looking to gain more knowledge in all aspects of the commercial real estate landscape. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Paul served his community as a fire fighter helping those in need and protecting the city. Paul graduated with a BA from Arizona State University and is an alum of CRE Analyst.
