Morgan O'Neill

Morgan O’Neil currently works as an Investment Analyst at PGIM Real Estate on the Agency Originations Team, based in Charlotte, NC. In her role, Morgan primarily focuses on financing a wide array of multi-family projects with Agency debt. Deal executions that Morgan works on range from ground up construction via affordable tax credit/bond transactions all the way to existing Class A market rate transactions with office and/or retail components. Occasionally, Morgan also has the opportunity to experience working in a brokerage capacity through debt placement for clients. Locationally, Morgan is working on transactions across the country, with the bulk of projects located across the Southeast. 

Prior to her current role, Morgan attended Florida State University as a first generation college student where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics while working for the County Property Appraiser’s office.
