Lauren Tarpley

Associate, Debt Asset Management at Invesco

Lauren joined Invesco Equity Asset Management in 2019 to partner with Investment Managers on property level operational strategy and capital projects in several markets across the U.S. In 2021, she transitioned to Debt Asset Management to manage debt metrics, cash management and property performance for $7.4 billion in financing. Now, Lauren is working on the Invesco Capital Markets/Dispositions/Financing Team working with brokerage community to facilitate the BOV process for potential dispositions and assist in the on-going maintenance and improvement of the debt management efforts. Lauren was born and raised in Dallas and received her BBA from Texas Tech University in 2012.
