As a licensed salesperson in Missouri and Kansas, Jack assisted a QSR developer in the expansion of a multi-territory development schedule after beginning his post-collegiate career in restaurant operations. Jack then led the leasing efforts on a portfolio of retail assets throughout the Midwest until bringing his experience in brokerage and knowledge of the development processes to Jones Development where he is involved from diligence through disposition. In addition to project management, Jack leverages his network of industry professionals to assist in business development and deal-making.
Jack earned bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kansas. As a teaching assistant for CRE Analyst Fast Track and an aspiring CCIM Candidate, Jack not only sees the value in his continued education, but the importance of sharing it with others. Outside of the office Jack will be found playing sports and spending time outdoors. From running to fishing and everything in between, he enjoys expanding his network of activities.
