Jack Fernandez

Born in Caracas, Venezuela and raised in Houston, Jack stumbled into the CRE world after a brief stint in Oil & Gas.

Currently, Jack is a member of the MetLife Investment Management team in Dallas, focusing primarily on loan production in the southwest region, with an emphasis on the major Texas markets. Jack joined MetLife after working as a Relationship Manager with Wells Fargo in Houston, Dallas, and Denver, after completion of the Financial Analyst Program.

Jack is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received both his undergraduate degree and later a Master of Real Estate degree in 2016. In his free time Jack enjoys playing golf, the outdoors, and traveling."
