Harris Corrigan
Associate, Todd Interests
Harris joined Todd Interests in June of 2021 where he oversees underwriting, construction, and leasing for various projects within the firm.
Prior to joining Todd Interests, Harris worked at a small family office development shop in Richardson, Texas. There, he focused on underwriting acquisitions, dispositions, ground-up developments, buying non-performing debt, and raising equity for projects. He also worked on setting up financing, rezoning cases, property and construction management, and sourcing deals. Having experience in both leasing office and multifamily buildings, Harris was in charge of underwriting 150 million in real estate transactions.
Harris Graduated from Lynn University in 2018, where he double majored in International Business and Entrepreneurship. Prior to college, Harris was raised outside of Dallas in Bluffview, Texas with his two siblings. Today, Harris calls Dallas home and likes to travel and spend time with his family.
