Aspen Grove Realty - Senior Financial Analyst

Cole Smith is a senior financial analyst for Aspen Grove Realty, based in Dallas, with a focus on sourcing single family residential land deals. While working for Aspen Grove Cole is pursuing a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Prior to working for Aspen Grove Cole had worked as a project manager for North End Development- a historic redevelopment firm located in Boise, Idaho. Cole has a BS in Finance from the University of Utah.
