CRE Analyst - Career Bridge Guarantee

Career Bridge is built the belief that if you commit to and put in the work, you will get the job. We back that belief with a full tuition refund if you do not receive a qualifying job offer within six months of earning your course completion certificate, provided you have met all program commitments outlined in this agreement.

This guarantee applies to students who purchase the full Career Bridge course package. Individual or partitioned module purchases are not eligible.

Definitions

"Agreement" means this Career Bridge Job Offer Guarantee, including all terms and conditions set forth herein.

"Career Bridge" and "the Program" refer to the full Career Bridge course package offered by CRE Analyst.

"Completion Certificate" means the certificate issued by Career Bridge upon satisfying all course completion requirements. Requirements are detailed in the Career Bridge Course Syllabus, which covers completion of all videos, exercises, assessments, and the post-course survey.

"Completion Date" means the date on which you receive your Completion Certificate. This is the date from which the Guarantee Period is measured.

"Guarantee Period" means the six-month window beginning on the Completion Date, during which you must receive a Qualifying Offer to satisfy the guarantee. The Guarantee Period ends on the date that is exactly six (6) months after your Completion Date (the "Guarantee Expiration Date").

"Qualifying Offer" means a written offer of (i) full-time employment in a commercial real estate or real estate-adjacent role, or (ii) a paid internship in a commercial real estate or real estate-adjacent role, for students who are not yet eligible for full-time employment at the time of the offer. Career Bridge prepares students for a broad range of roles across the real estate industry. A Qualifying Offer does not need to correspond to a specific career path covered in the Program — what matters is that the role is within commercial real estate or a meaningfully adjacent field.

"Student" means an individual currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program who is not yet eligible for full-time employment.

"Tuition" means the total amount paid to enroll in the full Career Bridge course package, excluding any add-on coaching or supplemental services purchased separately.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Job Offer Guarantee, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of enrollment and throughout the Guarantee Period:

• You must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States. If you are a current Student, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States at minimum as an intern. Authorization for full-time employment will be required prior to any refund determination if you are seeking a full-time offer.
• You must intend to pursue a career in commercial real estate or a real estate-adjacent field. If your career goals change after enrollment, your eligibility for the guarantee is voided, though you retain access to all course materials.
• You must be able to pass standard background checks typically required by employers in the commercial real estate industry.
• You must complete the Career Bridge course and earn your Completion Certificate within six (6) months of your enrollment date. Course access expires at the six-month mark. Failure to complete the course within this window forfeits your eligibility for the guarantee.

Career Bridge reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the Guarantee Period. Providing false or inaccurate information in connection with any eligibility requirement will void your guarantee.

Program Commitments

Receiving a job offer in commercial real estate requires consistent effort. The guarantee reflects our confidence in the Program's effectiveness when students engage with it fully. To remain eligible for a refund, you must satisfy all of the following commitments throughout the Guarantee Period.

1. Complete the Course

Complete all course content and earn your Completion Certificate within 6 months of enrollment. Course access expires at the six-month mark. The specific requirements for earning the Completion Certificate are outlined in the Career Bridge Course Syllabus and include completing all instructional videos, written content, exercises, assessments, and the post-course survey.

2. Apply the Course Guidance

The Program provides detailed guidance on resumes, interview preparation, and professional positioning. You are expected to implement that guidance in good faith. This includes making substantive updates to your resume consistent with the recommendations provided, and demonstrating measurable improvement in interview performance through your mock interview sessions. We are not looking for perfection. We are looking for genuine effort to act on the feedback.

3. Networking Activity

Beginning the month after your Completion Date and continuing through the Guarantee Expiration Date, you must conduct a minimum of ten (10) substantive networking conversations per month with professionals working in commercial real estate or real estate-adjacent roles. A substantive conversation means a real exchange, whether in person, by phone, or by video, that goes beyond an automated connection request or a message that receives no reply. You must document these conversations and be prepared to provide that documentation upon request.

4. Job Applications

Beginning the month after your Completion Date and continuing through the Guarantee Expiration Date, you must submit a minimum of two (2) job applications per month for roles that are appropriate for your experience level and within commercial real estate or a meaningfully adjacent field. Applications must be submitted to real, posted job openings. You must track and be prepared to provide records of your applications upon request.

5. Technical Assessment Practice

You must complete all technical assessment exercises included in the Program prior to the Guarantee Expiration Date. These exercises are designed to simulate the types of assessments commonly used in commercial real estate hiring processes. Completion will be reflected in your course progress record.

6. Mock Interview Practice

You must complete a minimum of ten (10) mock interview sessions prior to the Guarantee Expiration Date. These sessions may be conducted using the AI mock interview tools provided within the Program or through the optional coaching services offered by Career Bridge. Documentation of completed sessions, including dates and feedback received, must be available upon request.

Claiming Your Refund

If you have not received a Qualifying Offer by the Guarantee Expiration Date and believe you have satisfied all Program Commitments, you may request a full tuition refund by following the steps below.

• Submit your refund request within thirty (30) days of the Guarantee Expiration Date by emailing admin@creanalyst.com with the subject line "Guarantee Refund Request."
• Include documentation confirming your completion of all Program Commitments, including: your Completion Certificate, a log of monthly networking conversations (including names, dates, and roles), a log of monthly job applications (including firm names, roles, and dates submitted), and documentation of your ten mock interview sessions.
• Career Bridge will review your submission within thirty (30) days of receipt and notify you of any additional needs.
• Once requirements are satisfied, Career Bridge will issue the refund within thirty (30) days of approval. Refunds are issued for the full amount of Tuition paid, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued automatically. You must actively submit a claim within the 30-day window following the Guarantee Expiration Date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.

If you voluntarily decide to stop pursuing a career in commercial real estate, return to school, or otherwise redirect your efforts away from the job search, you are not entitled to a refund regardless of whether the Guarantee Period has expired.

Additional Terms

Career Bridge coaching services, resume review sessions, and other add-on purchases are not covered by this guarantee and are non-refundable.

This guarantee applies solely to the full Career Bridge course package and does not extend to individual module purchases.

Career Bridge reserves the right to modify the terms of this guarantee for future enrollees. Your guarantee terms are locked as of your enrollment date.

Except as explicitly provided in this guarantee, Career Bridge operates a strict no-refund policy. By enrolling, you agree to this policy and waive the right to seek any refund outside of the terms described above. You also agree not to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider unless you have first submitted a refund claim under this guarantee and Career Bridge has denied it in bad faith.

By enrolling in the full Career Bridge course package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Job Offer Guarantee.
