WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT VALUATION IN ARGUS
"I really enjoyed the course overall and gained a lot from the office hours, even if just by listening. I think that the case studies are valuable as it tied the key valuation concepts to the practical process of building the ARGUS model out."
"We focused on application through case studies, which greatly enhanced the learning experience. I loved that we got the regular ARGUS manual as well for deeper technical applications and know-how. The videos and practice materials were excellent."
"The Empire State Building case study was helpful even outside the course, as it facilitated regular conversations with colleagues."
"I really liked that the course revolved around two real-world case studies. Building the class around these gave a deeper impact to the topics covered. I also particularly liked how the course started with the review of return metrics and the 12 valuation levers. These are the building blocks of real estate valuation, so it was helpful to reorient."
"People approach valuations from different perspectives based on their experiences, and I enjoyed the group discussions to hear various viewpoints."
